Nirma University, Ahmedabad
Nirma University is a private university located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It was established in 2003 by the Nirma Education and Research Foundation (NERF), which is a philanthropic organization founded by the industrialist and philanthropist, Karsanbhai K. Patel. The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in a range of disciplines, including engineering, management, law, pharmacy, and science.
Nirma University is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an 'A' grade. It is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU).
