The GMB is responsible for the development of ports, jetties, and related infrastructure along the coast of Gujarat, with the aim of promoting maritime trade and commerce in the state. The GMB manages and operates several ports in Gujarat, including the ports of Mundra, Kandla, Dahej, Sikka, and Bedi.
